We partnered with Bikeworks to create a leadership development activity for a largescale promotions programme. Bikeworks took their charity bike factory and adapted it to offer a bespoke, scaled down activity that aligned with the objectives of our specific programme. Through the activity our leaders were able to practice and gain feedback on key leadership skills and qualities. The activity got great feedback and was a highlight of the 2 day programme.

Our day at Bikeworks was truly memorable - filled with fun, team-building, and a profound sense of purpose. Building bikes for children became more than a challenge; it was a heartwarming experience. Huge thanks to Bikeworks for facilitating such a wonderful day at the iconic Olympic Velodrome.

Loved our team day with Bikeworks. Expertly hosted by Jim with a perfect balance of inventive bike related tasks to bring out our collaborative and competitive streaks. Topped off with building and donating bikes to a local nursery. Great fun, would highly recommend.

We then took on the challenge of building over 50 BMX bikes with Bikeworks, which will be donated to children across London. Seeing these bikes come together and knowing they will bring joy to so many children was incredibly rewarding. The day also included team-building exercises, which were a fantastic opportunity to meet and network with interns and employees from all departments.
