About Teambuilding

Bikeworks team and bike building is designed to be inclusive to all, fun, fast and socially and environmentally impactful. Sessions can be delivered across the UK in order to dovetail into your organisations team developments days. Or, you can visit us at the London Velodrome in the Olympic park where we will host you in a world class venue. 

We can accommodate a team 10 to 300, and depending on requirements, deliver a  half day or full day activity that leaves everyone having learnt something new and made a difference to someone’s life by donating a bike. 

Where can you donate the bikes you build? 

If you have a charity of your choice the bikes will be safety check at the end of the event and onward transport can be arranged. If you wish to support the work Bikeworks delivers around London we have two options for you to consider. 

Children’s bikes 

Bikeworks have been working in partnership with LEYF (London Early Years Foundation) a fellow Social Enterprise and nursery for the past 3 years. We deliver childrens bicycles into a nursery environment to get kids active from early years. In additional to this LEYF loan cycles in order to maximise the cycling experience at weekends and holidays.  

Adult bikes 

Bikeworks support long term unemployed people back into work via a number of employment pathways. The bicycle is the best starting point to ensure someone can move around the capital. We also run a number of programmes that support cycling for well-being. With close relationships with mental health charities you can donate adult cycles in order to give people a health mind and body.
