Charity Team Building: Build Bikes, Make a Difference

A Bikeworks Charity Bike Factory event is corporate team building with a difference. Not only will you participate in some fantastic bicycle-based challenges but your event will also directly benefit a charity of your choice. Participants must work together within their teams to achieve the end goal of building a bike which will then be donated to a nominated charity.

The activity encourages communication, creativity, dexterity and through participating in the challenges a bit of fun competition as well!

Sessions can be delivered across the UK in order to dovetail into your organisation’s team developments days. Or, you can visit us at the London Velodrome in the Olympic park where we will host you in this iconic, world class venue

This Christmas, turn your team into elves on a mission: building bikes and spreading joy!

Looking for a team building experience that brings people closer and gives back?

With our Charity Bike Factory events, your team will roll up their sleeves, tap into their holiday spirit, and build bikes that go directly to families who need them most.

This fun event is filled with bicycle-based challenges designed to spark teamwork, imagination, and laughter. It’s the perfect blend of purpose and play — and the positive impact lasts well beyond the holiday season.

Even better, 100% of profits support our mission: delivering free, inclusive cycling programs for disabled people and carers. So while your team connects and celebrates, they’re also helping transform lives in their local community.
