1995 was the year that the Mile End community Project was founded\u2013 with a lack of services in the Mile End area, a group of us decided to start our own organisation.\u00a0 The goal was to ensure young people were engaged in activities that encouraged positive outlooks and outcomes. Our approach was to use the existing skills within our team to create an environment that was fun, inclusive and that would allow our participants to creatively express themselves.<\/p>\n
Our journey since 1995 has been truly amazing.\u00a0 We\u2019ve produced award winning films and projects.\u00a0 We are extremely proud of having been able to help all those we have engaged with explore our fast-changing society in a way that brings them into a deeper engagement with civic life in London today.<\/p>\n
